1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Moratra website operated by Allotrips, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. About Our Services

Moratra provides travel and excursion booking services in Morocco, including day trips, desert tours, cultural experiences, and customized private packages. All bookings made through our website, email, or affiliates are subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult during all booked activities.

4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received and a confirmation email issued by Allotrips.
It is your responsibility to review the booking details and ensure accuracy.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash, as specified during booking.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways; we do not store credit card details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made via email to contact@moratra.com.
For day trips, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge. No refund applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure or for no-shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Allotrips reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. Travel Conditions and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the activities booked.
Allotrips and its partners take safety seriously, but travelers join excursions at their own risk.
We recommend obtaining personal travel insurance before participation.

8. Changes and Modifications

Allotrips reserves the right to modify itineraries, prices, or services due to weather, road conditions, or operational needs. Such changes will be communicated to clients as early as possible.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

Allotrips acts as an intermediary between customers and local suppliers (transport companies, guides, restaurants, etc.). We cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from negligence or default of third parties.

Allotrips shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technical failures (“force majeure”).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on moratra.com, including logos, images, text, videos, and design, is the property of Allotrips or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, send false information, spam, or attempt to breach security. Any fraudulent or abusive activity may result in termination of service and legal action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process your data in compliance with Moroccan, EU, and U.S. data protection regulations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
