A 50% deposit confirms all multi-day journeys, private and customized itineraries, desert camp stays, airport transfers and peak-period bookings. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the service for day activities (private day trips included) and airport transfers, and 5 days before departure for multi-day journeys and all other deposit bookings. The deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours of payment, except for bookings made fewer than 21 days before departure or in peak periods. Your quote always shows the exact amounts before you pay. All payments are made only to Moratra LLC and processed securely; we never ask you to pay ALLOTRIPS, a driver, a guide or a supplier directly for a service included in your booking.
