How they are linked. Both companies belong to the same founder and are run by the same management team. ALLOTRIPS was founded in Marrakech in 2023 by the team that has worked on the ground in Morocco since 2014; Moratra LLC was created in 2026 as the international company through which travellers book and pay.

We never ask you to pay ALLOTRIPS, a driver, a guide or a supplier directly for a service included in your booking.
You receive a written itinerary with a fixed price before you pay anything.
Cancellations and refunds follow our Payment & Cancellation policy.
Questions, changes, claims and complaints all go to the same team, including anything about the services delivered in Morocco. Our team is on call 24/7, before and during your trip.
Complaints: please write to us within 14 days of the end of your trip; we acknowledge every complaint within 3 business days.
We work with companies, event organisers and travel agencies. Quotes, contracts and invoices are issued by Moratra LLC, with the company details above. Ask us for an invoice in your company’s name when you book.
