Frequently Asked Questions
For a first-time, immersive trip we recommend the Medina — you’re inside the magic, steps from souks and Jemaa el-Fna. Choose Hivernage for modern luxury hotels, restaurants, and easy car access. Pick Palmeraie for resort-style stays with grounds, golf, and quiet — but you’ll need transport to reach the old city.
Absolutely — many riads excel at family stays. We specifically pick riads with connecting rooms or family suites, quiet locations away from the busiest alleys, and staff used to younger guests. Our family-friendly section above is our personal shortlist.
Almost always: a generous Moroccan breakfast, free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and welcome mint tea. Most riads also offer airport transfer (paid), in-house dinner on request, hammam and spa services, and concierge for tours and transport. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included before you commit.
For high season (October–April, plus Easter and Christmas) book 2–4 months ahead for the best riads — they’re small and fill quickly. Summer (June–August) is hotter and easier to book last-minute, but pool-equipped riads are essential. We can usually find availability even at short notice through our direct relationships.
No — there’s no fee on top for you. We’re paid by our partner riads, and in many cases we secure a better rate than booking direct, plus added perks (room upgrade, late check-out, complimentary hammam). You only pay the riad’s price.
Yes — that’s exactly what we’re known for. Whether you want a balloon flight at sunrise, a Sahara expedition, an Atlas Mountains day, or an Agafay sunset dinner, we’ll weave it into your stay seamlessly. One contact, one trip, no juggling.
