• We collect only the personal information strictly necessary to process your reservation and deliver our travel services — including your name, contact details, booking information, and payment data.
• Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit prior consent.
• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed exclusively through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. AlloTrips SARL does not store full card numbers.

• Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies are only deployed following your explicit consent, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We understand that travel plans can change. AlloTrips SARL aims to offer fair and transparent cancellation terms that balance flexibility for our Customers with the operational commitments we make to our team and third-party partners.

The following schedule applies to all bookings where advance payment has been collected. For Pay on Arrival reservations with no prepayment, no financial penalty applies upon cancellation.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
• AlloTrips SARL reserves the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

By booking any tour, activity, excursion, or travel experience with Moratra, the Customer enters into a legally binding agreement with AlloTrips SARL, Marrakech, Morocco, and agrees to the following general terms:

• Age Requirement: All lead participants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may participate only when accompanied by a responsible adult guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed on moratra.com include applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. AlloTrips SARL reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to booking confirmation.
• Itinerary Modifications: AlloTrips SARL reserves the right to modify tour routes, timings, or included activities due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational requirements, with no liability for minor changes.
• Customer Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness, valid travel documents, travel insurance, and adherence to safety instructions provided by guides throughout the experience.
• Intellectual Property: All content on moratra.com, including tour descriptions, photographs, and brand materials, is the exclusive property of AlloTrips SARL and may not be reproduced without written consent.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
